roots and wings foundation
The ROOTS AND WINGS FOUNDATION intends to interview, digitally record by audio and video, blog, archive, provide links to, and load onto platforms, edited and updated for ‘readable’ use by the most current media technology, knowledge as a legacy for seven generations yet to come. Our purpose is to participate as a physical and cyberspace ceremonial council site in the movement of the evolution of human consciousness.
We will provide guidelines and formats for all our interviewees. We firmly believe that human beings are inherently good. We will support that belief by encouraging intellectual independence, personal freedom, and non-interference regarding the opinions and answers of the interviewees.
In 1992 senior members of the world’s scientific community warned all humanity ... No more than one or two decades remain before the chance to avert the threats we now confront will be lost and the prospects for humanity immeasurably diminishes. Those threats are overpopulation and pollution. The Earth is our only home. If we do not look after this home, what else are we charged to do on this Earth? How do we look after our home? We evolve our consciousness.
This is a physical and cyber-spatial ceremonial council site in the movement of the evolution of human consciousness. Our legacy is answers to the question "What Does It Mean to Be a Human Being?". "There are only two lasting bequests
we can hope to give to our children.
One is roots; the other, wings."

"Another world is not only possible,
she is on her way.
On a quiet day, if you listen carefully,
you can hear her breathing."
(Arundhati Roy)
"We never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something; build a new model
that makes the existing model obsolete."
(Buckminster Fuller)
If you wish to persuade
you must appeal to interest,
not reason.
